Delivery is provided within Singapore ONLY. We deliver to homes and offices but not P.O. Box address. No international delivery or postage will be made.

Items will be dispatched to you within 3 business days upon receiving your order. If you do not wish to receive your order at the standard delivery times, please indicate your preferred date of delivery in the comments section.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

We’re sorry that delivery of products is currently within Singapore only. Do stay tuned as we work towards bringing our products to you internationally.

Undelivered or Refused Shipments

If you are unavailable to collect the delivery personally or in the event of non-delivery, redelivery will be performed until 10:00 PM if contact for redelivery is received from the customer by 8:00 PM. Otherwise, please contact us again to arrange for an alternate delivery date and time. Please note that we will hold onto your uncollected parcel for a maximum of 7 days. After 7 days, a redelivery charge will apply. To avoid an undelivered or returned package, please always ensure that the address you’ve indicated is correct.

 

Payment

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Discover credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to make payment for my purchase?

No, you can pay by credit or debit cards without having a PayPal account. When you are redirected to PayPal payment page, you will be presented with two options: (1) Login to your PayPal account, and (2) Pay by your credit or debit card. You will then be able to enter your credit or debit card details on the form in a secure environment to make payment for your purchase. 

If you'd like to sign up for an account with PayPal, you may visit the Paypal’s official website.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. We understand if you made a wrong order, or received a damaged product, you should be able to return or exchange for another. We want to make sure that process is as painless as possible.

 

Online Purchase Return

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund on the purchase price. Return postage will be reimbursed in cases of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used to purchase the item. Purchases of gift certificates and sale items cannot be returned for a refund. Items must be returned in the original condition they were received. Products and packages must be unopened and unused.

 

Naturally, we also aren’t able to accept products not bought online at Beauté Spring.com. To return items to Beauté Spring.com, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our sales team at shop@beautespring.com before returning anything so we can inform you where to send and how the refund may be arranged.
  2. All returns should be mailed to:

  3. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

 

In Store Purchase Return

If you purchased a product at one of our Retail Stores, please return it to the location where it was purchased.
